TACHOfresh at the transport logistic (2-5 June 2025)
Wildau / Munich, 16 April 2025 – TACHOfresh, provider of intelligent solutions for digital tachographs, is presenting new products at the transport logistic trade fair in Munich.
This year, TACHOfresh’s trade fair innovations will focus on the extended LIVE tracking module. In addition to the familiar, minute-by-minute driver budget values and display of the routes travelled, TACHOfresh LIVE ENHANCED will now also include start-stop evaluation and geofencing. This makes TACHOfresh even more attractive not only for road haulage companies in the HGV sector, but also for light commercial vehicles in international transport, which will be subject to tachographs from 2026 onwards.
‘Especially for customers with smaller fleets or a focus on Tack & Trace data, the new Enhanced LIVE package is now an affordable solution that ideally expands our existing portfolio. We have thus met the needs of our customers, who have been requesting these additional features for some time,’ says TACHOfresh CTO Dr Susanne Kirsch, ’Not every road haulage company needs a comparatively expensive, elaborate telematics system. It was and is important our customers that we continuously expand the TACHOfresh solution.’
Just in time for the trade fair, the company is also presenting new AI-supported multilingual explanatory videos that are integrated into its own application. With a simple click on the video button, customers can now review
- the login
- the dashboard and
- calling up the offence evaluation
in German, English, French and Dutch directly from the application.
‘Simple, multilingual explanatory videos are an important tool, especially when completely new user groups will be covered by the tachograph obligation in the future with so-called light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. A large number of new drivers need to be introduced to the topic,’ says Falko Schmalenberg, CTO and Managing Director at TACHOfresh. ‘In the past, the required multilingualism has presented us with major difficulties for training videos. Thanks to the use of new, AI-supported tools, we expect to be able to gradually implement additional languages for explanatory videos with a reasonable amount of time and resources in order to keep the entry barriers to tachograph data management low for our European partners and new usergroups.’
