Die Kienzle Beteiligungs GmbH, Muttergesellschaft der Kienzle Automotive GmbH, \u00fcbernimmt TACHOfresh aus Wildau bei Berlin und baut damit ihr Gesch\u00e4ft im Software- und Datenbusiness deutlich aus. TACHOfresh ist Spezialist f\u00fcr Archivierung und insbesondere die Berechnung und Nutzung von Restlenkzeiten. Durch den Zukauf verf\u00fcgt Kienzle k\u00fcnftig \u00fcber eines der meistgenutzten Softwaremodule in einem Bereich, der f\u00fcr Flottenkunden entscheidend ist, um Touren effizient zu planen, Standzeiten zu reduzieren und die Produktivit\u00e4t zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>

With TACHOfresh, we are adding a key product to our portfolio that will enable us to meet individual customer requirements in one of the most important areas even more specifically in the future,\u2019 says Jan Kaumanns, CEO of Kienzle Beteiligungs GmbH, adding: \u2018Our strength lies in the combination of a comprehensive hardware and software portfolio and our full-service strategy. We not only support the introduction of telematics solutions, but also assist our customers throughout the entire process \u2013 from the optimal product selection and customisation to individual requirements to rollout, data evaluation, training and support.\u2019<\/p>

The acquisition marks a further step in Kienzle’s growth strategy: by strategically integrating highly specialised software module providers, the group is strengthening its solution expertise. Kienzle had already laid the foundation for expanding its software expertise in June with the acquisition of location specialist Ubinam.<\/p>
